Determining if a conflict is really a "failure to communicate"
Channeling wasted conflict energy into productive work
Understanding different personality types and how to best communicate with them
Coping with difficult people
Effective negotiation skills to resolve conflict
Repairing strained or broken relationships
The Proactivity Model for handling disruptive interpersonal conflicts
The course is taught by instructors skilled in conflict management and negotiations. They
