relationships. It also helps them channel the energy they formerly expended in dealing with
unnecessary conflict into productive accomplishment of team and company goals.

The course presents practical skills and strategies for constructively dealing with conflict
in the work place. This is not a "touchy-feely" course — emphasis is placed
on understanding conflict, how to recognize it, and how to resolve it in a manner that benefits
the people involved and the company they work for. Topics include:
