Managerial Leadership
Course Objectives:
This course is designed to help mid- and senior-level managers increase their leadership effectiveness,
both within their own areas of responsibility, and as a member of the company's management
team. It also deals with the manager's role as a leader of leaders, and as a coach and mentor
to the leaders who report to him or her.

Mid- and senior-level managers and those who have the potential for those positions.
Course Summary:
The course presents practical leadership strategies and skills in a discussion/exercise based
learning environment. Conducted from the perspective of a manager with several years of management
and leadership experience, it is designed not only to help middle and senior level managers
increase their leadership effectiveness within their own groups, but also to promote cooperation
and teamwork among other leaders in the organization. Upon completion of the course, the participants
will be prepared to:
