Presentation Skills
Course Objectives:
This course provides the knowledge, skills and practice to help individuals and teams increase
their presentation performance. It deals with all aspects of presentation skills, including
handling "presentation fear," effective platform skills and techniques, identifying
audience wants and needs, outlining the presentation, preparing speaking notes, selecting
and using appropriate audio-visuals and practical exercises designed to help the participant
master these skills.
Who Should Attend:
Anyone who prepares or delivers presentations to clients, potential clients or other groups
where your objective is to sell, motivate or inform effectively.
Course Summary:
The course presents skills and techniques to help participants prepare and deliver audience-focused
interesting and motivating presentations. Both content and delivery are emphasized. Considerable
videotaped practice is included, with supportive feedback provided. Course topics include:

The do's and don'ts of effective presentation skills

Identifying audience wants and needs

Identifying the objectives of the presentation

Preparing the presentation speaking notes, audio-visuals, handouts

The course is taught by instructors who have given more than 500 presentations, and have taught
others successful presentation techniques. These instructors have "walked the talk"
of effective presentations in a variety of venues — sales, technical presentations,
and other environments.

This two-day course can be taught at BENATECH's headquarters or our client's selected site.
