Course Objectives:
This course will enable the project manager and his or her project team to manage projects
to on-time, on-budget, customer-satisfying conclusions. This course provides turnkey project
management solutions, ranging from contract negotiations through final customer acceptance
and payment. Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) and communication skills training
are an integral part of this course.
